At ElisaLitz.com.my, making a purchase is easy. Simply pick the shoes you wish to buy, mouse-over the Shopping Bag link to review your items, and you can check out from there! No account is needed for purchase, but for your future convenience, we’ll encourage you to create an account with us for a faster check-out process.

Rest assured that your particulars will be kept confidential.

To create an account at ElisaLitz.com.my, all you have to do is mouse-over the Register button at the top right-hand side of the page, enter a username and valid email address and your account is almost ready!

If your mailing and billing addresses have changed since the first purchase, do not worry as you can update your details in the My Account tab on the top of the page.

Please ensure that your email address is accurate as there will be email confirmations sent out upon your purchase, and any subsequent updates will be sent to your email as well.

If you would prefer to check out without having to create an account, the check-out process is just as straightforward.

Domestic

ElisaLitz.com.my offers free shipping for all domestic orders. Items will be dispatched within 48 hours from payment confirmation, and delivered via courier service.

Parcel(s) dispatched to Ninja Van will be delivered in person by the courier service crew. A person will be required to be present to sign for the parcel. Orders made before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day for delivery on the following day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed the following working day as our office is closed for business.

International

For overseas shipment, a tracking number will also be sent to you once the item has been shipped. Delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Please also note that international orders may be subjected to tax which we are not liable for. Also delivery time may be delayed due to custom inspection.

You may need to pay tax for your parcel as custom inspection on your receiving country are random, which we apologize are not within our control.

Packaging

The shoes will be packed in Elisa Litz shoe boxes to prevent damages during shipping.

Out of Stock or Defective items before dispatch of orders

As we strive to provide you with only the best quality of products, we will check the condition of our products before we dispatch your order.

In the event when we are unable to fulfill your orders due to out-of-stock or defective items, Elisa Litz reserves the right to refund or replace items of equivalent value.

We do seek your kind understanding as it’s unavoidable of human errors in stock balance or quality of items. Please only proceed to order if you are comfortable with this arrangement.

 Exchange

ElisaLitz.com.my has a 14-day exchange policy by mail upon receipt of order by the customer, and a 7-day exchange policy for customers who would prefer to bring the item to any of our retail outlets. Exchanges are only applicable for items of a lower or equal value.

For items of a higher value, the difference in costs will be absorbed by the customer. The item has to be returned in its original packaging, with the sales receipt, for an exchange to occur.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, it can be exchanged at any of the Elisa Litz retail outlets, subject to item being received in original condition and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective items will only be provided in credit terms for ElisaLitz.com.my.

FAQ

Do I need an account for making purchases?

An account is not needed for checking out. You can simply browse the website as a guest and fill in the required details for payment and shipping upon checking out.

However, to hasten the check-out process for future purchases, we will encourage you to create an account at ElisaLitz.com.my.

 

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

It is not possible to modify or cancel your order once it has been confirmed as ElisaLitz.com.my seeks to dispatch the items as soon as possible.

Please review and confirm your order before making payment.

I have received a defective item. What can I do?

ElisaLitz.com.my has a return policy of 14 days via mail, and 7 days if you choose to bring the item to any Elisa Litz retail outlet.

 

The item that I want is out of stock. What do I do?

If the item is currently out of stock, an option will be available for you to sign up to get notified in the event the item comes back in stock.

Alternatively, you can check with any of our Elisa Litz retail outlets for available stock by providing the staff with the following information: 1) the four-numbered item code that can be found on the respective item’s product page, 2) the shoe size you are looking for, and 3) the colour of the shoes you would like.

 

What is a Backorder?

A backorder will arrive 4 – 6 weeks time. Once launch online, there are limited quantity available for each size, please add the desired size and quantity to your cart and checkout to avoid disappoinment.

The item will be mailed to you once the shipment arrives.

We strive our best to ensure backorders arrived at the estimated time, however there may be unforeseen circumstances which may cause delays in the shipment.

We seek your kind understanding if delays occurs in backorder items.

 

How do I purchase a backorder item?

You can purchase our backorder item under “Backorder” page.

 

How can I know when will my backorder purchase be delivered?

Your order status will be updated and you will receive an email when your order is being processed and delivering.

What happens if I purchase a backorder item with an in-stock item?

Your order will be delivered only when your backorder item has arrived.

Am i able to exchange the items i bought with the "Giveway" E-vouchers?

We are sorry to inform that purchases made with the "Giveaway" E-vouchers are deemed as final and not applicable for an exchange.

Am i able to exchange sale items (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 11.11 Sale?

We regret to inform that all sale items are strictly not exchangeable/refundable.

 

What happens if I forget the password for my account?

All you have to do is click on the Forgot your password? link under the login details fields, and you can enter either your username or your email address to get a new password sent to your email.

You can then set a new password by going to the My Account tab to make changes to your profile.
